A BL and Korean Lover

I first stepped into the world of BL through fanfiction and have been hooked on BL novels and comics for over 20 years. I’ve even tried writing a few stories myself.

Because I adore the subtlety of original lines, I’d stubbornly look up new words—even if three out of every five were unfamiliar. My life has been a constant swing between moments of “so captivated I want to punch a wall” and “so frustrated from dictionary digging I want to bang my head.”
But it has all paid off—I’ve reached a level where I can fully enjoy BL webtoons and novels in Korean.

I started writing reviews to capture the emotional rollercoaster of the characters’ tangled relationships, hoping to connect with fellow readers.
And I want to share an easy, fun way for all of us to learn Korean through BL together.
